Well I have ventured in the world of Facebook and Twitter so thought that blogging would be the next logical challenge. This is where I will blog about all things farming (mostly dairy) from a newbies perspective.
My husband and I have spent the last two years converting a 450 acre heifer run into a functioning and productive dairy farm. We have now been milking through our dairy for eight months. I’m not even really sure how to describe what the last two years have been like, there are no words…!…!
We are now starting to settle in and get on top of things so I am starting to think about a little foray into beef cattle, stay tuned to find out how it goes…….
